Rules:

1) The game will cheat you no matter what.
2) Vega and Bison went full turbo (**** Really Insane). Other players went three stars (***) or less.
3) Difficulty:
a. If you beat the game without resetting, the game gets harder. You'll notice that.
b. Chun-Li went seven stars (*******) difficulty (Really Painful).
c. Ryu, E. Honda, Balrog, Ken, Zangief, Dhalsim, and Sagat went four stars (****), difficulty normal.
d. All other players went over five stars (*****) difficulty.
