In Zelda: A Link to the Past, the Cane of Somaria (a recurring item in the Zelda series) could not traditionally be obtained until later in the game in the Misery Maze dungeon. This trick does not work on the Super Nintendo console, only on the emulator and the Game Boy Advanced.
